Planning & Listed Building Consent Approved | Adderstone Hall

We’re delighted to share that planning permission and listed building consent have been granted for the sensitive renovation and restoration of Adderstone Hall.

This exceptional Grade II* listed country house has been included on the Heritage at Risk Register, making this approval an important milestone in securing the building’s long-term future. Our proposals have been carefully developed to conserve and repair the hall’s historic fabric while introducing the sympathetic interventions needed to return it to sustainable use.

From restoring original architectural features and repairing traditional materials to discreetly integrating modern building services, every element of the design has been guided by a deep respect for the building’s significance and character.

It has been a privilege to contribute to a project that will help safeguard one of Northumberland’s most important heritage assets, ensuring it can be enjoyed for generations to come. We look forward to seeing this remarkable building brought back to life.
